Les propos tenus dans la presse par un ancien salarié sont calomnieux et mensongers. Cette situation intolérable qui persiste depuis plus de 18 mois a entraîné des conséquences graves sur la réputation de l’entreprise et en matière judiciaire. L’entreprise a d’ailleurs porté plainte  contre la FIDH et la LDH pour dénonciation calomnieuse. Qosmos entend faire valoir ses droits vis à vis des juridictions compétentes, devant lesquelles cet ex-salarié lui réclame plus de 100 000 euros.

De manière concrète, la réalité des faits est la suivante :

Les relations commerciales avec Amesys sur le projet Eagle ont été interrompues en septembre 2008 et aucun logiciel Qosmos n’a été opérationnel dans le cadre de ce projet.

Pour le dossier Asfador, Qosmos était fournisseur d’un sous-traitant allemand (Utimaco) qui était lui-même fournisseur d’une société italienne (Area) en lien avec l’opérateur syrien. L’évolution des événements en Syrie à l’été 2011 a amené Qosmos, pour des raisons éthiques et cela avant les publications dans la presse de novembre 2011, à se retirer du projet Asfador en octobre 2011. Qosmos insiste sur le fait qu’à cette époque le projet était toujours dans sa phase de développement avec Utimaco, et que la décision de retrait rendait impossible le déploiement opérationnel de son logiciel et donc du projet.

The primary role of this position is to ensure profitable revenue growth for Qosmos by planning and carrying out sales activities in the Americas region.
