Jean-Jacques Damlamian, Chairman of the Board

Former Number 2 and Special Advisor to the President of France Telecom Group, Jean-Jacques Damlamian has spent the greatest part of his career at France Telecom, where he was notably Executive Director of the Group’s Technology and Innovation division.

Henrik von Scheel, Board Member

Henrik von Scheel is currently responsible for the daily management of IBM Software Group for NorthEast Europe. With more than 15 years experience, Henrik has led the transformation of the businesses, strategies, processes and technologies of numerous Fortune 500 companies. Previous roles include CEO of SAP Italia Consulting, Chief Channel Officer of IBM Sales & Distribution for EMEA, Global SAP Leader at IBM and Nordic SAP & Navision Manager at MAS A/S.
Henrik also serves on the Board of Directors at Collax GmbH, SIRIUS advisors and WebiCoNet Holding GmbH and as Technology Advisory Board Member at InvestCorp Capital Ltd.
He is a guest lecturer at the Copenhagen Business School on Performance and Value Management and the co-author of new SAP Press book: Applying real-world BPM in an SAP environment.

Alain Tingaud, Board Member

Alain Tingaud is a Venture Partner with Sofinnova Partners. He is also Founder and Chairman of the Business Angel Fund Alain TINGAUD Innovations, and Founder, Chairman of the Board and CEO of InfoVista SA. He was formerly Founder, Chairman and CEO of ARCHE Communications, that became a subsidiary of Siemens in 1995. Prior to that, he held other positions within the Siemens group, including Chairman and CEO of Siemens Nixdorf S.A. and Siemens Business Service S.A.

Nicolas Celier, Board Member

Nicolas Celier joined Alven Capital as Partner in 2005. Prior to Alven Capital, he served as Investment Director for Crédit Lyonnais Private Equity, and was a member of Paribas's Corporate Finance department, based successively in Paris and Hong Kong.

Philippe Germond, Board Member

CEO of French PMU, Philippe Germond was formerly Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of Atos Origin, and previously President and COO of Alcatel, and member of the Executive Committee. Prior to that, he was Chairman and CEO of Cegetel, SFR, Vivendi Universal Net and Vivendi Telecom International Group. He also held various positions within Hewlett Packard, becoming notably Managing Director of HP Europe South and Member of the Executive Committee HP Europe.

Gérard Hermet, Board Member

Member of the Management Board of the GfK Group since 1999, Gérard Hermet is in charge of GfK Group's Retail and Technology business division. He was formerly President of the French Association of Marketing, General Manager of GfK Sofema France, and General Manager of GfK France and GfK Marketing Services France.
