Responsible for planning, structuring, leading and executing the dedicated strategic accounts program/projects management in collaboration with the Sales Account Manager.
Build, develop, and grow any technical relationships vital to the success of the strategic account program/projects.

Main Duties / Key Accountabilities

Define the program’s objectives of each strategic account in collaboration with the sales account manager.

  • Plan and schedule program/projects goals, milestones and deliverables and provide project plans that include scheduling and costs.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of products and services in accordance with the contract.
  • Responsible for budget and schedule as well as technical performance of the program according to specifications.
  • Monitor the execution of the program/projects, develop and deliver progress reports.
  • Interface with internal departments (sales, pre sales, product management, product marketing, R&D, production, services and support).
  • Responsible for managing the technical stakeholders of the program consisting of expert engineers, product managers, production staff, CTO and software development staff.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, and determine and assess need for additional staff if necessary during program/project cycle.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Identify and solve project issues effectively.
  • Provide planning for risk and developing strategies for dealing with potential risks as well as covering them.
  • Facilitate and make trade off decisions between quality, costs, resources, scope and time. 
  • Strive for process improvements in several aspects of contract execution.
  • Provide answers to customer inquiries concerning Qosmos products and solution.
  • Support negotiations for new projects and for capturing new business.
  • Collect customer product requirements and feed the product management process.
  • Provide systematic market feedback on the addressed accounts to the Marketing team in order to continuously enhance Qosmos solutions market differentiation and evolution.

Education and Experience

  • Engineering Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • Master Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is a plus
  • Direct experience supporting OEM design-in cycles preferred
  • Requires 7 years minimum of relevant industry experience in network environments
  • Requires 5 years experiences in Project / Program Management using leading methodologies and processes

Technical Competencies

  • Thorough understanding of IP networks and services (Web based applications, VoIP, VoD, 3G…)
  • Knowledge of network architectures (fixed, mobile, ...)
  • Knowledge in C language programming
  • OS knowledge, including various Linux versions
  • Knowledge of IA32 and IA64 multi-core architectures
  • Knowledge of other CPU architectures is a plus
  • Knowledge in Deep Packet Inspection technology is a plus
  • Knowledge in network tools and analysers.

Professional Competencies

  • Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and capture their requirements
  • Ability to effectively define, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to effectively deliver Qosmos product presentations and demonstrations
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and architectures and explain related technical issues
  • Understand budgetary control and resource allocation procedures.
  • Good organizational and long-range planning skills.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills and fluent in English.
  • Must have proven technical/presentation and customer relationship management in a previous job position.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong team player and a creative thinker.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Hands-on configuration and operational knowledge
  • Must be willing to travel
